The Quantum AI Convergence

Apr. 14, 2026 | 5:30 - 7:30 pm | Union League Club of Chicago

RSVP (Subject to confimation)

About The Program

Introduction

Co-organized by ULCC Tech Group & The Qampus Clubs, this panel will be part of an event series designed to help equip the broader Chicagoland business community with practical quantum literacy across the entire QIST spectrum so they can begin envisioning quantum‑driven applications relevant to their sectors.

Intentionally timed to take place on the World Quantum Day, April 14, this panel will seek to shed light on some of the latest developments in the convergence of Quantum & AI -- from a well-beaten path approach sometimes referred to as "Quantum for AI and AI for Quantum" to some of the newly emerging fields, such as Quantum Robotics.

About The Panelists

Caitlin Carnahan, VP Quantum Software, Infleqtion (INFQ)

Caitlin leads Infleqtion's programs connecting quantum breakthroughs to government and industry applications. She holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University and has extensive experience in quantum research, computational methods, and machine learning. Prior to Infleqtion, she was a Principal Scientist at Physical Sciences Inc. and a faculty member in Computer Science at Florida State University.

Adam Koster, Founder, QURA

An accomplished serial entrepreneur and regenerative medicine executive, Adam's latest startup aims to develop Quantum-Enabled Universal Redesign Algorithms as a SaaS cloud platform. The goal is to tackle the massive problem of drug failure in the pharmaceutical industry.

Hannah Parnes, Head of Policy, EeroQ

Hannah leads EeroQ's government strategy and ecosystem partnerships for their unique electrons‑on‑helium quantum platform. With prior roles at the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, DOJ Civil Rights Division, and the Center for American Progress, she brings deep policy and legal experience to emerging‑tech governance. She holds a J.D. from GW Law and a B.A. from Colby College. Recently, she helped advance EeroQ’s collaboration with Conductor Quantum to integrate AI‑driven experimental control into their qubit development.
