This Halloween, the QuantumLeap Club and the Paranormal Club at Purdue Northwest are teaming up for a truly entangled evening of science, mystery, and fun.
Inspired by Einstein’s famous phrase “spooky action at a distance,” this collaborative event draws playful parallels between quantum phenomena (like entanglement, superposition, and tunneling) and paranormal activity — all in the spirit of making quantum science more engaging and accessible to the broader community.
The night kicks off with a bite-sized talk on spooky quantum effects and how they're being harnessed for breakthroughs in computing, communication, and sensing. Then the real fun begins --
Please RSVP (subject to confirmation due to capacity) and come to be part of this one-of-a-kind night where quantum meets the unexplained!
